Terms of trade accepted are EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP. Terms of payment: We typically accept deposits of 30% and T/T for the remaining amount before loading. Large orders are accepted with L/C. We accept cash, PayPal, or Western Union for trial orders about certain play pieces.
Dreamland Playground provides lifetime after-sales maintenance forever. The approved ninja equipment shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date the installation completed. But for truss and clamps warranty we can extend to 2 years more.
We typically require 3-7 working days for design, and 25-45 days for production. When shipping by sea, please allow 25-35 days for delivery. Overall, you can expect to receive your equipment within a timeframe of 1.5-2.5 months.
At Dreamland Playground, we offer installation services by our engineers with additional charges for their salary. Alternatively, detailed installation instructions including drawing maps, videos and photos will be provided if you choose to install the equipment yourself.
